The Institute Management Committee (IMC) of ITI Padra is a dedicated trust established in 2009 to manage and drive the holistic development of ITI Padra under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. This pivotal initiative was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Government of India and Transpek Industry Ltd., a renowned chemical manufacturing company and the official PPP partner for ITI Padra.

Our Vision and Partnership

The IMC operates with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between industrial needs and skilled manpower by upgrading the ITI’s infrastructure, curriculum, and training methodology. The partnership with Transpek Industry Ltd. is central to this mission. Beyond its corporate role, Transpek is deeply committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), particularly in skill development and education. Their CSR initiatives focus on fostering local talent, providing state-of-the-art training facilities, and promoting sustainable community growth. This shared commitment ensures that ITI Padra’s trainees are equipped with the technical expertise and soft skills required by modern industries. The development plan is funded by a soft loan from the Government of India, reflecting a national commitment to vocational training and skill enhancement. The IMC’s leadership comprises ten trustees, with five representatives from the industry and five nominated by the government, ensuring a balanced and effective governance structure.

The Noble Cause: The Story Behind Our Job Portal

The launch of our job portal is driven by a profound and noble cause: to directly connect skilled ITI graduates with employment opportunities and to serve as a catalyst for local economic development. The portal was conceived to solve a critical problem—the often-difficult transition from vocational training to stable employment for young professionals. We recognized that despite having valuable skills, many local youths lacked the network and resources to find suitable jobs.

This platform isn’t just a database; it’s a tool for social and economic upliftment. We aim to:

  • Empower Local Youth: Provide a direct, transparent, and efficient way for ITI Padra students to showcase their skills and find meaningful employment. This reduces the time spent on job hunting and helps them secure better career paths.
  • Benefit Local Industries: Offer a centralized, reliable source of well-trained, local talent. Companies no longer have to spend extensive resources on recruitment, as they can access a pre-vetted pool of candidates perfectly suited to their needs. This strengthens local businesses and enhances their productivity.
